Our role is to provide customer service to utility customers, taxpayers, other city departments, city staff, and vendors.
Our mission is to continually seek to improve the quality of services offered to our citizens and customers, as well as achieve the highest attainable level of customer satisfaction.
We strive to provide services to our citizens and customers with state of the art technology, strong financial management, and cost effective acquisition of goods and services for the city government. This is accomplished in a manner that is consistent with local, state and federal laws, following governmental accounting and regulatory requirements.
It is our goal to provide excellent customer service, and to work as a team with all city departments in order to achieve our mission.
