The City of Dunn is requesting proposals that include the demolition and removal of the existing basketball courts and the installation of basketball court foundation, the surfacing of two (2) courts, four (4) basketball goals including nets, and the installation of the court itself including the goals and the installation of four (4) benches. The City of Dunn seeks a licensed land surveyor to survey sixteen (16) alleys in the city, determine if any alleys have been closed, and if any utilities are present. The goal of the City is to vacate the alleys, deed the right-of-way to adjoining property owners, and record utility easements where appropriate. Metes and bounds descriptions must be written for each property owner affected and the resulting plats and metes and bounds must be incorporated in the deeds.
