Planning Board

The Dunn Planning Board has seven members and six members shall be residents of the City of Dunn with one member a resident of the extraterritorial jurisdiction. Six Board Members are appointed by the City Council for 3-year terms with the County Commissioners appointing the ETJ member. The Board meets the first Tuesday of each month at 5:30 p.m. in Council Chambers at the Dunn Municipal Building, 401 E Broad St. Members of the Planning Board will also serve as the Board of Adjustments.
